Daily additions to the collected domain data for discovery, monitoring, and database updates.
Daily removals for churn analysis and further registration-status checks. Removal does not mean a domain is available to buy.

Combine snapshots, daily changes, and domain attributes to support the questions your team needs to answer.
Use newly observed domains as inputs to your own threat analysis. Newness alone is not evidence of malicious activity.
Inspect daily new domainsFilter daily additions for brand terms and spelling variants, then investigate potential impersonation.
Find domains for brand monitoringIdentify removed domains and check their current registration status before considering an acquisition.
Research removed domainsCompare TLD populations over time to investigate growth and churn in domain namespaces.
Explore TLD statisticsLoad a domain snapshot into your warehouse and schedule downloads of available updates.
Try a download and filtering recipeUse dated snapshots for reproducible analysis, recording coverage and observation dates alongside your results.
Explore historical dataDownload a supported domain list with your API token, then stream the compressed file through Python to find matching domain names.
This example searches for cloud in the .COM list. Replace the term to fit your own research.
Requires curl, Python 3, and an API token with download access. Set ALLZF_API_TOKEN in your environment; plan limits apply.
# Download the latest .COM domain list curl --fail --location \ -H "Authorization: Bearer ${ALLZF_API_TOKEN}" \ -o com.txt.gz \ https://allzonefiles.io/api/v1/zones/com/dl # Stream the file without loading it all into memory python3 - <<'PY'import gzip with gzip.open("com.txt.gz", "rt") as domains: for line in domains: domain = line.strip() if "cloud" in domain.lower(): print(domain)PY
Coverage and freshness. All datasets are updated daily by 9:00 AM UTC. Check individual file dates and TLD coverage before combining observations.
Domain names and DNS records. Our domain-list downloads contain extracted names, one per line. They are different from raw DNS zone files containing resource records.
Observed changes and registration events. A newly observed domain is not necessarily newly registered. A removed domain is not necessarily expired or available for registration.
Domains and websites. Domain counts do not measure active websites. Country-code TLDs identify namespaces, not hosting locations or business addresses.

All datasets are updated daily by 9:00 AM UTC. Each file has its own snapshot date; check that date when scheduling imports or comparing datasets.
Coverage depends on the TLD and available data sources. Use the listed counts and dates to evaluate a zone's dataset. A domain-name list is not a guarantee of all registrations or active websites.
Archive depth varies by zone and dataset. Individual zone pages list available snapshots. Pro includes historical access; see plans and limits.
The expired / removed lists describe observed removals. Verify current registration status separately before trying to register a domain.
Yes. The API documentation explains authentication and supported current and historical downloads. Requests require an API token and appropriate access.
